If you're Malaysian, there's no way you don't know who Lee Chong Wei is. His presence on the court wasn't just the story of a badminton player — it was the story of an entire nation standing together, holding its breath, and roaring in support. That's the power of badminton in Malaysia. This sport is more than entertainment; it's identity.
At KL77, we understand just how special the relationship between Malaysians and badminton truly is. That's why we've built the most comprehensive and user-friendly badminton betting section among all Malaysian platforms. We don't just set the odds and leave it at that — we provide live score updates, player statistics, head-to-head analysis, and odds refreshed every few seconds throughout the match.
Every year when the Malaysia Open comes around, the atmosphere at Axiata Arena in Kuala Lumpur transforms into something truly special. Fans decked in red and white, Jalur Gemilang flags waving, and cheers that bring the roof down — all of this makes the Malaysia Open one of the most electrifying badminton tournaments in the world.
At KL77, the Malaysia Open is one of the most popular betting events of the year. Players can place bets on every round, from the first round all the way to the final. With over 15 betting markets available — including match winner, set handicap, over/under total points, and live in-play betting — every match at Axiata Arena can be your next winning opportunity.
What makes in-play betting at KL77 so exciting is that you can react to exactly what's happening on the court. Your favourite player drops a set? Their odds might shift in your favour — and KL77 lets you jump in at just the right moment to get maximum value.
Malaysia's new generation of badminton players brings fresh hope. Lee Zii Jia's bold and aggressive style of play, Pearly Tan and M. Thinaah's growing dominance on the international stage, and Aaron Chia alongside Soh Wooi Yik — who have already proven themselves among the world's best doubles pairs — give Malaysian fans plenty of reasons to get excited every weekend.
At KL77, we maintain up-to-date statistics for every Malaysian player — including win-loss records over the past 12 months, performance by court surface, and head-to-head records against their key rivals. This information helps you make smarter betting decisions, rather than leaving things purely to chance.
When Malaysia takes to the court in the Thomas Cup, the whole nation watches. This isn't an individual contest — it's a team battle where every point counts and every match shapes the fate of the entire squad. For sports bettors, this team format opens up far more exciting markets than a standard singles match.
Kl77 offers dedicated betting markets for the Thomas Cup and Sudirman Cup — including group stage winner, overall tournament winner, and even individual match results within team ties. Long-term markets such as tournament winner typically carry higher odds, giving you the chance for a more rewarding return if your prediction is correct.
KL77 supports all major Malaysian payment methods for your convenience. You can deposit via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX through Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks. The minimum deposit is just RM10 — enough to get started with a few of your favourite badminton bets.
When you win, withdrawals at KL77 are among the fastest in the industry. Your winnings will be processed to your Malaysian bank account within 15 to 30 minutes. No hidden fees, no unreasonable withdrawal limits. Your winnings, fully in your hands.
