KL77 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia's Online Entertainment Site

• Identity Verification (KYC): KL77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a copy of your MyKad before processing your first withdrawal or at any time deemed necessary. This is standard industry practice to prevent money laundering and safeguard all members.
• Updating Your Information: You are responsible for keeping your personal information on the KL77 platform up to date whenever changes occur, particularly your phone number and bank account details for withdrawals.

KL77 accepts deposits via a range of secure and trusted local Malaysian payment methods. All financial transactions at KL77 are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Accepted Payment Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used to deposit into your KL77 account.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, KL77 reserves the right to impose limits on specific accounts based on risk profile or compliance requirements.
• Processing Time: Deposits via e-wallet and DuitNow are typically credited to your KL77 account balance within seconds of a successful transaction. FPX deposits may take up to 10 minutes depending on your bank's response time.
• Currency: All transactions at KL77 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). KL77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
• Own Funds: You may only use funds that are legitimately yours for deposits. Using credit cards, loans, or funds belonging to someone else for gambling is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

• Odds & Markets: All odds displayed on KL77 are the odds applicable at the time a bet is confirmed. KL77 reserves the right to change odds at any time before a bet is locked in. All displayed odds are in decimal format.
• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid upon confirmation from the KL77 system. KL77 reserves the right to reject or void any bet deemed to have been placed based on an odds error or under suspicious circumstances.
• Postponed or Cancelled Matches: If a match or event is postponed by more than 24 hours from its original schedule, or cancelled altogether, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned to your account balance. KL77 reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account under the following circumstances, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the case:

• Violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Registering multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or the gaming system
• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Attempted fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Under 18 years of age at the time of registration or while using the platform
• Using automation software, bots, or any other method to exploit games
• Abusing the bonus system or colluding with other players to exploit promotions
• At your own request as part of a self-exclusion programme

Where an account is closed due to a breach, KL77 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings generated from activities that violated the terms. The original deposit amount (excluding bonuses) may be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to the outcome of the case.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the KL77 platform shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from this document without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
